Areas of Practice
Structural Engineering for New Construction & Renovations
We provide full engineered plans for the gravity and lateral structural systems of your project, or just piece-meal engineering as needed. In addition to accommodating all standard and unique features of the architectural design, we will engineer your project to the requirements of the local building authority taking into account the climatic and geographic characteristics of your site, including snow load, wind speed, & seismic risk.
Structural Consultations
If you’re getting ready to sell your property, purchase a new property, or you just have concerns with your current property, King Engineering offers non-destructive observation, consultation, and written opinion reports to put your mind at ease or identify problem areas and how to restore their structural integrity.
Residential Design & 3D Visualization
We offer a one-stop shop for residential projects for your architectural and structural plans. We will turn your ideas and inspirations into blueprints for your dream home that will serve as the basis for your building permit and instructions for the contractors. We can go beyond the basics and provide 3D photo-quality renderings, and even virtual reality walkthroughs!
