Adam has more than 21 years of continuous structural engineering and residential design experience on single and multi-family homes, low-rise commercial and retail, religious, and industrial facilities.  In 2007, he founded King Engineering LLC.  He has extensive experience executing projects solely, leading a team of consultants as the principal engineer, or providing support and peer review to the structural engineer of record.  Adam has successfully completed projects for Owners, Contractors, Developers, and other Design Professionals; and is accustomed to providing services in various locations throughout the Rocky Mountain region as well as across the US.

Adam graduated cum laude from the University of Wyoming in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) and was a member of Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society.  He holds professional engineering registrations in Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico.
